If your order is paid before 3:30pm, it will ship out that evening. If the order is paid after 3:30pm it will be delivered at the start of our next delivery hours.

Online orders do not collect in-store loyalty points and are not eligible for in-store promotions and deals.

We warranty Disposables and Closed Pods for 48 hours from the time of purchase against manufacturing defects confirmed by our management team
Items swapped due to a manufacturing defect, must be tested on-site prior to leaving the store and once deemed functional at the time of the swap, are considered final sale and not eligible for further exchanges at a later date.
