Barrhaven Deliveries can be placed by phone at 613 823 1011. Any Barrhaven deliveries ordered and paid by 3:30pm will be delivered same day after 3:30pm.

If your order was paid before 3:30pm, it will ship out that evening. If the order is paid after 3:30pm it will be shipped out the next business day. WE NO LONGER OFFER WEEKEND DELIVERIES.

Store pickup orders must be paid by the selected payment method if ordered online.

Online orders do not collect in-store loyalty points and are not eligible for in-store promotions and deals.

All hardware is subject to a 15 day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, if deemed so by management
All E-Liquids and Coils purchased are final sale
We warranty Disposables and Closed Pods for 48 hours from the time of purchase against manufacturing defects confirmed by our management team
Items swapped due to a manufacturing defect, must be tested on-site prior to leaving the store and once deemed functional at the time of the swap, are considered final sale and not eligible for further exchanges at a later date.
