The tax breakdown is as follows:

E-liquid is taxed $2.24 per mL up to the first 10mL

AND

$2.24 per additional 10mL or any fraction thereof beyond the first 10mL

(the far right column in the table below shows the new tax rates for different liquid volumes listed in the far left column)

As of October 1, 2024, all of our products are compliant and include the new provincial and federal excise taxes.
